This isn’t a test, it’s a conversation to get to know you and your current situation. The more we know, the better we can help you succeed safely and effectively.
A Customized Workout Experience
This is where the fun begins. Your first workout won’t be about crushing you or showing off. It’s a session designed to match your fitness level, so we can see how your body moves and help you feel confident from the start.
Expect 1-on-1 guidance, demonstrations, and adjustments throughout. We’ll coach your form, encourage you along the way, and challenge you at the right pace.
And don’t worry, we won’t throw you on a treadmill and walk away. We’re with you from start to finish.
Recovery Is Part of the Plan
After your workout, you’ll have the chance to enjoy our infrared sauna, which helps with muscle recovery, stress relief, and that post-workout feel-good vibe. It’s one of the unique perks we offer to help you feel better, faster.
